TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
Last Updated: September 3, 2026
Welcome to Generous Kingdom, LLC (“Generous Kingdom,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of GenerousKingdom.net (the “Site”) and, where applicable, your purchase of or participation in products, services, coaching, programs, courses, memberships, events, workshops, digital materials, communities, and other offerings made available by Generous Kingdom (collectively, the “Services”).
Please read these Terms carefully.
By accessing or using the Site, creating an account, purchasing a Service, registering for an offering, or otherwise agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by them, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to a particular Service.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site or purchase or participate in Services subject to them.
1. ELIGIBILITY
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to purchase Services from Generous Kingdom.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, Generous Kingdom's coaching, personal-development, and similar adult-oriented Services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old.
Certain programs, events, workshops, retreats, embodiment experiences, spiritual practices, or other Services may have additional age, health, conduct, eligibility, or participation requirements.
Generous Kingdom reserves the right to establish reasonable eligibility requirements for individual Services.
2. SCOPE OF THESE TERMS
These Terms establish the general conditions governing use of the Site and Services.
Certain Services may also be governed by additional agreements or policies, including:
Coaching agreements;
Enrollment agreements;
Program terms;
Payment agreements;
Membership or subscription terms;
Cancellation or refund policies;
Event registrations;
Participant agreements;
Liability waivers and releases;
Health or safety acknowledgments;
Informed-consent agreements;
Community guidelines;
Confidentiality agreements; or
Other offering-specific terms.
When you purchase or participate in a Service governed by additional terms, those terms form part of your agreement with Generous Kingdom.
If an offering-specific written agreement directly conflicts with these Terms concerning that particular Service, the offering-specific agreement will control to the extent of that conflict.
3. NATURE OF GENEROUS KINGDOM SERVICES
Generous Kingdom may provide Services relating to subjects including personal development, coaching, leadership, relationships, purpose, business, wealth, wellness, spirituality, meditation, embodiment, education, community, and other areas of human development.
Individual Services may differ substantially in their content, methodology, duration, format, intensity, and intended purpose.
Generous Kingdom may modify, discontinue, expand, replace, or develop Services over time.
The existence of a particular Service or methodology at one time does not guarantee that it will remain available indefinitely.
4. COACHING, EDUCATIONAL, AND PERSONAL-DEVELOPMENT RELATIONSHIP
Unless expressly established otherwise in a separate written agreement, Generous Kingdom Services are offered for coaching, educational, informational, experiential, spiritual, or personal-development purposes.
Generous Kingdom does not represent that ordinary coaching or educational Services constitute medical treatment, psychotherapy, psychological treatment, psychiatric care, legal representation, financial planning, investment advisory services, or another regulated professional service merely because related subjects may arise during coaching, education, or conversation.
Participation in a Generous Kingdom Service does not, by itself, establish a physician-patient, therapist-client, psychologist-patient, attorney-client, financial-adviser-client, or other licensed professional relationship.
You are responsible for obtaining appropriate licensed professional assistance when your circumstances require it.
Additional information concerning these boundaries may be contained in the Generous Kingdom Disclaimer and individual Service agreements.
5. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY AND SOVEREIGNTY
Generous Kingdom is founded in part upon the principle that individuals retain responsibility for their own lives and choices.
Coaching and educational Services may involve questions, observations, challenges, suggestions, exercises, practices, perspectives, resources, or recommendations intended to encourage reflection, awareness, development, or action.
You remain solely responsible for determining what decisions and actions are appropriate for your life and circumstances.
This includes decisions involving, without limitation:
Employment or career;
Business;
Finances or investments;
Relationships;
Marriage or family;
Health and wellness;
Spiritual or religious practice;
Lifestyle;
Sexuality or intimate relationships;
Personal development; and
Participation in activities or experiences.
You acknowledge that a coach, facilitator, teacher, speaker, or representative of Generous Kingdom cannot make your decisions for you and does not control the consequences of choices you make.
Participation in Generous Kingdom Services does not transfer responsibility for your life, judgment, conduct, decisions, or results to Generous Kingdom.
6. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
Personal development and coaching outcomes vary substantially among individuals.
Generous Kingdom does not guarantee any particular personal, emotional, spiritual, relational, professional, business, health, financial, or other result from using the Site or participating in Services.
Your results may depend upon factors beyond Generous Kingdom's control, including your participation, effort, circumstances, decisions, consistency, resources, health, environment, and implementation.
Any examples, case studies, testimonials, stories, or descriptions of results represent individual experiences and should not be interpreted as promises that you will achieve identical or similar outcomes.
7. ACCOUNTS AND USER INFORMATION
Certain Services may require you to create an account or provide registration information.
You agree to provide information that is reasonably accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account.
You may not knowingly allow unauthorized individuals to access paid or restricted Services through your account.
Notify Generous Kingdom promptly if you reasonably believe your account or credentials have been compromised.
8. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree to use the Site and Services only for lawful purposes.
You may not:
Violate applicable law or regulation;
Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, abusive, or unlawful conduct;
Attempt unauthorized access to the Site, accounts, servers, networks, or systems;
Introduce malware, malicious code, or harmful technology;
Interfere with the operation or security of the Site;
Scrape, crawl, harvest, or systematically extract Site content without authorization;
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;
Use Services to infringe the rights of Generous Kingdom or another person;
Circumvent access controls or security measures;
Share restricted paid materials with unauthorized persons; or
Use the Site or Services in a manner reasonably likely to damage Generous Kingdom, its participants, or its operations.
9. COMMUNITY STANDARDS AND PARTICIPANT CONDUCT
Generous Kingdom may establish communities, group coaching environments, events, workshops, retreats, courses, or other shared spaces.
Participants are expected to interact with others in a manner consistent with safety, dignity, autonomy, and lawful conduct.
Generous Kingdom may prohibit conduct including:
Harassment;
Threats or intimidation;
Violence or credible threats of violence;
Stalking;
Unwanted sexual behavior;
Nonconsensual physical contact;
Disregard for expressly communicated boundaries;
Discriminatory harassment;
Deliberate disruption;
Illegal activity;
Dangerous or reckless conduct;
Unauthorized disclosure of another participant's confidential or private information;
Unauthorized recording;
Commercial solicitation without permission; or
Conduct that Generous Kingdom reasonably determines threatens participant safety or materially interferes with the integrity of a Service.
Generous Kingdom reserves the right to take reasonable action to protect its participants, personnel, community, and Services.
10. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT
Prices and payment requirements for Services will be disclosed at or before purchase.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charges.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors.
You agree to provide accurate billing information and to promptly update information necessary to complete an authorized transaction.
Applicable taxes, processing charges, or other fees may be added where disclosed or required.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, prices are listed in United States dollars.
11. PROGRAM COMMITMENTS AND PAYMENT PLANS
Some Generous Kingdom Services may involve a fixed program commitment or total purchase price while allowing the customer to pay that amount in installments.
An installment payment plan does not necessarily create a month-to-month Service or permit cancellation of the underlying contractual commitment merely by discontinuing payments.
For example, where a participant purchases a fixed-duration program for a stated total price and elects to pay that price through installments, the installments may constitute a payment arrangement for the total program price rather than separate purchases of individual months.
The specific price, duration, payment schedule, cancellation rights, and financial obligations for such a program will be disclosed in the applicable enrollment or purchase terms.
Failure to participate, attend sessions, access materials, complete assignments, or otherwise make use of a purchased Service does not automatically eliminate payment obligations.
If a scheduled payment fails, Generous Kingdom may suspend access to applicable Services and take reasonable steps to collect amounts lawfully due.
Nothing in this section limits cancellation, refund, or other consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
12. RECURRING SERVICES AND AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
Certain future Services may be offered as subscriptions, memberships, continuous services, or automatically renewing arrangements.
Where applicable, the specific recurring terms—including price, billing frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation method—will be disclosed before enrollment.
Generous Kingdom will obtain any affirmative consent required by applicable law before initiating recurring charges.
Where applicable law requires renewal reminders, notices of price changes, online cancellation, or other procedures, Generous Kingdom will endeavor to provide those mechanisms as required.
A fixed-duration program paid through installments is not necessarily an automatically renewing subscription merely because payments occur periodically.
California currently requires express affirmative consent to automatic-renewal or continuous-service terms and imposes specific cancellation and notice requirements for covered consumer arrangements. Federal regulators also continue to enforce existing consumer-protection laws against unauthorized recurring charges and obstructive cancellation practices.
13. CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, AND CREDITS
Cancellation and refund rights may differ among Services.
The applicable cancellation or refund policy will be stated at the time of purchase, in an offering-specific agreement, or in registration materials.
Unless otherwise expressly stated or required by law:
All sales are final once the applicable refund or cancellation period, if any, has expired.
Different policies may apply to:
Coaching engagements;
Programs;
Courses;
Memberships;
Events;
Retreats;
Workshops;
Deposits;
Digital products;
Downloadable materials; and
Other Services.
Failure to attend, participate in, access, or complete a Service does not by itself create a right to a refund.
Refunds or credits voluntarily provided by Generous Kingdom in one circumstance do not create an obligation to provide them in another.
Nothing in these Terms eliminates refund or cancellation rights that applicable law makes non-waivable.
14. COACHING APPOINTMENTS, MISSED SESSIONS, AND RESCHEDULING
Individual coaching Services may have specific scheduling, cancellation, lateness, and rescheduling policies established in an applicable coaching or enrollment agreement.
Unless otherwise specified, clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions and providing any required notice when rescheduling.
Missed sessions, late cancellations, or unused coaching opportunities may be forfeited where permitted by the applicable agreement and law.
Generous Kingdom may reschedule sessions when reasonably necessary.
Repeated failure to attend, communicate, or participate may constitute grounds for suspension or termination of a coaching relationship subject to applicable agreement terms.
15. EVENTS AND EXPERIENTIAL SERVICES
Some Generous Kingdom Services may involve in-person or virtual experiential activities, including workshops, retreats, embodiment experiences, meditation, movement, spiritual practices, interpersonal exercises, Tantra-related education, or other participatory activities.
Such Services may involve additional considerations that are not fully addressed by these general Terms.
Generous Kingdom may therefore require participants to review and agree to additional documents, including:
Participation agreements;
Liability releases;
Informed-consent documents;
Community or consent standards;
Health acknowledgments;
Safety policies; or
Event-specific terms.
Participation in an experiential Service may be conditioned upon acceptance of those additional requirements.
No provision of these general Terms should be interpreted as replacing a specific informed-consent process where one is appropriate.
16. CONSENT AND PARTICIPANT AUTONOMY
Where a Service involves interpersonal, embodiment, movement, or other experiential practices, participant autonomy remains important.
Unless a particular activity necessarily requires otherwise and has been expressly explained in advance, participants retain the ability to communicate boundaries and decline optional activities.
No participant is entitled to violate another person's boundaries merely because an activity occurs within a Generous Kingdom program or event.
Specific consent protocols may be established for individual Services.
17. HEALTH AND SAFETY
You are responsible for determining whether participation in a Service is appropriate given your physical, psychological, emotional, or other circumstances.
Generous Kingdom may request information reasonably related to participant safety or suitability for particular Services.
Generous Kingdom may also recommend that a participant consult an appropriate licensed professional before participating in certain activities.
Generous Kingdom reserves the right, where reasonably necessary for safety or program integrity, to decline or discontinue participation subject to applicable law and contractual obligations.
If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, seek appropriate emergency or licensed professional assistance rather than relying upon the Site or ordinary coaching Services.
18. REMOVAL OR TERMINATION FROM SERVICES
Generous Kingdom may suspend, restrict, or terminate a person's participation in a Service for reasons including:
Material violation of these Terms;
Violation of an offering-specific agreement;
Nonpayment;
Harassment or threatening conduct;
Boundary or consent violations;
Dangerous behavior;
Illegal activity;
Material disruption;
Unauthorized distribution of proprietary materials;
Serious confidentiality violations; or
Other conduct that Generous Kingdom reasonably determines threatens safety, legal compliance, or the integrity of the Service.
Where appropriate, Generous Kingdom may attempt to address an issue before termination. Immediate removal may occur where circumstances reasonably warrant it.
Removal for misconduct does not automatically entitle the participant to a refund.
Any refund, credit, or remaining payment obligation will be determined according to the applicable agreement, circumstances, and law.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
19. OWNERSHIP
Unless otherwise stated, the Site and materials created or provided by Generous Kingdom are owned by or licensed to Generous Kingdom and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Protected materials may include:
Text;
Articles;
Teachings;
Curriculum;
Frameworks;
Program structures;
Workbooks;
Teaching Scrolls;
Reflection Manuscripts;
Sacred Practices;
Exercises;
Assessments;
Graphics;
Illustrations;
Photographs;
Logos;
Brand elements;
Videos;
Audio;
Meditations;
Recordings;
Presentations;
Downloads;
Templates;
Course materials;
Event materials;
Website designs; and
Other original content.
No ownership interest is transferred merely because you purchase or access a Service.
20. LIMITED PERSONAL-USE LICENSE
When you lawfully purchase or receive Generous Kingdom materials, Generous Kingdom grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use those materials for your own personal use, unless otherwise expressly stated.
You may not, without prior written permission:
Reproduce substantial portions of the materials;
Publish or publicly distribute them;
Resell them;
Sublicense them;
Share paid materials with unauthorized persons;
Create unauthorized derivative commercial products;
Teach or deliver Generous Kingdom curriculum commercially as your own;
Remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or proprietary notices;
Upload paid materials to public repositories; or
Exploit the materials commercially.
Ordinary personal notes and reasonable personal use are permitted.
21. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE, DATASETS, AND AUTOMATED SYSTEMS
Except with prior written authorization from Generous Kingdom, you may not systematically use substantial proprietary Generous Kingdom materials to:
Train or fine-tune an artificial-intelligence model;
Build a commercial dataset;
Create a competing curriculum or coaching product;
Generate substantial unauthorized reproductions or adaptations of Generous Kingdom materials;
Populate a commercial knowledge base intended to reproduce Generous Kingdom's proprietary materials; or
Circumvent the intellectual-property restrictions contained in these Terms.
This provision does not prohibit ordinary lawful personal use of generally available AI tools for personal study or note-taking where that use does not materially reproduce, distribute, commercialize, or expose proprietary Generous Kingdom materials.
22. TRADEMARKS AND BRAND IDENTITY
Names, logos, marks, slogans, symbols, program names, and other distinctive branding associated with Generous Kingdom may constitute trademarks or other protected intellectual property.
Nothing in these Terms grants permission to use Generous Kingdom branding in a manner suggesting sponsorship, affiliation, certification, endorsement, or authorization where none exists.
23. USER SUBMISSIONS AND FEEDBACK
If you voluntarily submit comments, feedback, suggestions, reviews, or ideas concerning Generous Kingdom, you authorize Generous Kingdom to use that feedback for legitimate business purposes without obligation to compensate you, unless otherwise agreed.
This section does not automatically authorize Generous Kingdom to publicly disclose confidential coaching communications, sensitive personal information, private participant disclosures, or identifiable testimonials.
Separate permission may be requested for testimonials, photographs, recordings, case studies, or other identifiable promotional uses where appropriate.
CONFIDENTIALITY AND RECORDINGS
24. COACHING CONFIDENTIALITY
Generous Kingdom recognizes the importance of discretion within coaching and personal-development relationships.
Confidentiality obligations applicable to a particular coaching relationship may be further defined in an individual coaching or enrollment agreement.
Unless otherwise expressly established, coaching confidentiality should not be assumed to constitute legally privileged confidentiality equivalent to attorney-client or psychotherapist-patient privilege.
Generous Kingdom may disclose information where required by law, authorized by the participant, reasonably necessary for business administration, necessary to protect legal rights, or otherwise permitted under applicable agreements and law.
25. GROUP CONFIDENTIALITY
Group programs inherently involve sharing information in the presence of other participants.
Participants are expected to respect the privacy of others and not disclose another participant's personal stories, identifying information, or private disclosures without permission.
However:
Generous Kingdom cannot guarantee that another participant will maintain confidentiality.
By voluntarily participating in a group environment, you acknowledge this inherent limitation.
26. RECORDING, PHOTOGRAPHY, AND MEDIA
Participants may not record, livestream, photograph, reproduce, or distribute private coaching sessions, group sessions, courses, workshops, or other restricted Services without authorization, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Generous Kingdom will not rely solely upon these general website Terms as consent to record a confidential coaching session or to commercially use a participant's identifiable image, voice, story, or likeness where separate consent is appropriate.
Certain events, webinars, courses, or programs may be recorded. Applicable notice and consent procedures may be provided through registration materials, signage, participant agreements, media releases, or other appropriate mechanisms.
THIRD PARTIES
27. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Generous Kingdom may use third-party platforms and providers for functions such as:
Payment processing;
Scheduling;
Website hosting;
Video conferencing;
Email;
SMS;
Customer relationship management;
Community platforms;
Course delivery;
Analytics;
Advertising; and
Event administration.
Your use of independent third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Generous Kingdom is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, availability, security, or policies of third parties outside its reasonable control.
28. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND RESOURCES
The Site or Services may reference books, websites, practitioners, businesses, products, teachers, traditions, organizations, or other resources.
Such references are provided for informational or educational purposes unless expressly stated otherwise.
Generous Kingdom does not automatically endorse, control, warrant, or assume responsibility for every third-party resource mentioned.
You are responsible for evaluating third-party products and services before relying upon or purchasing them.
RISK, WARRANTIES, AND LIABILITY
29. ASSUMPTION OF ORDINARY PARTICIPATION RISKS
Personal-development, coaching, educational, spiritual, and experiential work can involve challenge, discomfort, uncertainty, emotional responses, changes in perspective, and decisions concerning one's life.
You acknowledge that meaningful personal-development work may involve confronting beliefs, patterns, relationships, habits, choices, or circumstances that can feel difficult or uncomfortable.
You voluntarily assume the ordinary risks inherent in participating in Services you choose to undertake, subject to rights and liabilities that cannot lawfully be waived.
Specific higher-risk activities may require separate informed-consent or liability agreements.
30. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.
GENERous Kingdom DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Generous Kingdom does not warrant that:
The Site will always be uninterrupted or error-free;
Every Service will meet every participant's expectations;
Any particular outcome will occur;
Every piece of information will remain current indefinitely; or
Third-party systems will operate without interruption.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.
31. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GENEROUS KINGDOM, LLC AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, FACILITATORS, REPRESENTATIVES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR SERVICES.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GENEROUS KINGDOM'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM A PARTICULAR PAID SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY THE CLAIMANT TO GENEROUS KINGDOM FOR THE PARTICULAR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
FOR CLAIMS ARISING SOLELY FROM USE OF A FREE PORTION OF THE SITE, GENEROUS KINGDOM'S LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
These limitations apply only to the extent enforceable under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
32. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Generous Kingdom, LLC and its owners, officers, managers, employees, contractors, representatives, and agents from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from:
Your unlawful conduct;
Your material violation of these Terms;
Your infringement of another person's intellectual-property or other rights;
Your unauthorized commercial exploitation or distribution of Generous Kingdom materials; or
Your conduct that causes a legally cognizable claim by another person.
This section does not require you to indemnify Generous Kingdom for liabilities that applicable law prohibits shifting to you.
33. FORCE MAJEURE
Generous Kingdom will not be responsible for delay or failure to perform caused by events reasonably outside its control, including natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flood, epidemic or pandemic conditions, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, labor disruption, widespread utility or internet failures, venue closures, transportation disruptions, serious illness or incapacity of essential personnel, or failures of critical third-party infrastructure.
Where such circumstances affect a Service, Generous Kingdom may reasonably reschedule, modify, relocate, postpone, substitute, or cancel affected portions of the Service.
Any refund or credit will be determined according to the applicable offering-specific agreement and law.
DISPUTES AND GENERAL LEGAL TERMS
34. INFORMAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Before commencing formal litigation concerning these Terms or a Service, you and Generous Kingdom agree, where reasonable and legally permitted, to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally.
A party seeking informal resolution should provide written notice describing the nature of the dispute and the requested resolution.
Notices to Generous Kingdom may be sent to:
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency or provisional relief when reasonably necessary, filing in small claims court where appropriate, or exercising a right that applicable law does not permit the parties to restrict.
35. NO GENERAL MANDATORY ARBITRATION PROVISION
These Terms do not presently require all disputes to be submitted to mandatory binding arbitration.
A particular Service may be subject to a separately presented dispute-resolution or arbitration agreement where lawful and expressly agreed.
Any such provision will apply only according to its terms and applicable law.
This narrower architecture is deliberate. California Civil Code §1670.15, effective January 1, 2026, prohibits dispute-resolution terms in a consumer use agreement from extending beyond the use, payment, or provision of the goods or services covered by that agreement.
36. GOVERNING LAW
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, these Terms and disputes arising directly from them will be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
Subject to applicable law and any valid offering-specific dispute-resolution agreement, legal proceedings arising from these Terms may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in California.
Nothing in this provision deprives a consumer of protections that applicable law makes non-waivable.
37. CHANGES TO SERVICES
Generous Kingdom may modify, improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue portions of the Site or Services.
For an already purchased Service, material changes will be handled according to the applicable purchase terms and law.
Generous Kingdom will not use this provision to retroactively eliminate contractual obligations or consumer rights that cannot legally be modified.
38. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Generous Kingdom may update these Terms to reflect changes in its Services, business practices, technology, or applicable law.
The “Last Updated” date will identify the most recent revision.
Changes will apply prospectively when posted or otherwise communicated, except where applicable law or an existing agreement requires another procedure.
Where legally required, Generous Kingdom will provide additional notice or obtain consent before material changes become binding.
39. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS AND SIGNATURES
You consent to receive agreements, notices, disclosures, receipts, and other communications electronically where legally permitted.
Electronic acceptance, including clicking an appropriately presented acceptance button or checkbox, may constitute your signature and agreement to applicable terms to the extent permitted by law.
You are responsible for retaining copies of agreements important to your participation.
40. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent legally permissible or severed where appropriate.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect unless applicable law requires otherwise.
41. NO WAIVER
Generous Kingdom's failure to enforce a provision of these Terms on one occasion does not constitute a permanent waiver of that provision or the right to enforce it later.
Any express waiver applies only to the particular circumstances for which it is given.
42. ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign or transfer your contractual rights or obligations relating to a personalized Service without Generous Kingdom's written consent, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Generous Kingdom may assign its rights or obligations in connection with a legitimate merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of business assets, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.
43. ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND ORDER OF PRECEDENCE
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Disclaimer, and any applicable offering-specific agreement constitute the agreement governing the relevant relationship between you and Generous Kingdom.
Where documents directly conflict concerning a particular Service, the more specific offering-level agreement will ordinarily control concerning that Service.
For example, a signed coaching agreement governing a specific coaching engagement may supersede these general Terms concerning scheduling, payment, confidentiality, termination, or other matters expressly addressed in that agreement.
Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
44. HEADINGS
Section titles and headings are provided for convenience and organization only and do not independently alter the meaning of these Terms.
