These technologies may be used to:
Enable essential Site functionality;

Depending upon the technologies used, these providers may collect device identifiers, IP addresses, browsing activity, interactions with the Site, or similar information.
Some jurisdictions may characterize certain disclosures associated with targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising as a “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” even where Generous Kingdom does not receive money in exchange for personal information.
Where applicable law grants you the right to opt out of such practices, Generous Kingdom will provide or honor legally required opt-out mechanisms.
6. EMAIL, TEXT MESSAGES, AND MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

At Your Direction or With Your Consent
We may disclose information when you request or authorize us to do so.
8. SALE, SHARING, AND TARGETED ADVERTISING
Generous Kingdom does not intend to operate as a data broker or make the sale of personal information its business model.
However, privacy laws in some jurisdictions define “sale” and “sharing” more broadly than ordinary commercial usage. Certain advertising, analytics, or technology arrangements may therefore constitute a sale, sharing, or use for targeted advertising under applicable law.
Where Generous Kingdom is legally subject to such requirements, eligible individuals may exercise applicable opt-out rights using the methods provided on the Site or by contacting us.
Where legally required and technically applicable, we will also honor qualifying browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control.
9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND WEBSITES
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, applications, platforms, embedded content, social-media services, payment services, or other third-party technologies.
Generous Kingdom does not control the privacy, security, or data-handling practices of independent third parties.
Your interactions with third-party services may be governed by those parties' own terms and privacy policies. We encourage you to review their privacy practices before providing personal information.
The inclusion of a third-party link, integration, or service does not by itself constitute an endorsement of that party's privacy or security practices.
10. DATA RETENTION
Generous Kingdom retains personal information for only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including providing services, maintaining legitimate business records, fulfilling contractual obligations, resolving disputes, protecting legal rights, maintaining safety and security, and satisfying legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations.
Retention periods may vary according to:
The nature and sensitivity of the information;
The reason the information was collected;
The duration of the client or customer relationship;
Operational requirements;
Applicable contractual obligations;
Potential or actual disputes;
Legal limitation periods; and
Applicable laws or recordkeeping requirements.
When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete, destroy, anonymize, or otherwise dispose of it in accordance with our practices and applicable law.
11. DATA SECURITY
Generous Kingdom uses reasonable administrative, organizational, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we maintain.
These measures are intended to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, misuse, loss, or destruction.
Where appropriate, access to personal information may be limited to persons or service providers who reasonably require access for legitimate business purposes.
However, no website, electronic transmission, cloud service, storage system, or information-security measure can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Accordingly, Generous Kingdom cannot guarantee absolute security of personal information.
If we become aware of a security incident involving personal information, we will evaluate and respond to the incident in accordance with applicable law.

13. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
California law may provide California residents with additional rights if Generous Kingdom is subject to the applicable provisions of the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (“CCPA”).
Depending upon applicability and circumstances, those rights may include rights to know/access, delete, correct, opt out of certain sales or sharing, limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information, and receive equal treatment when exercising privacy rights.
Nothing in this section is intended to represent that every provision of the CCPA necessarily applies to Generous Kingdom at all times. Applicability depends upon statutory requirements and the circumstances of the business.
Where Generous Kingdom is legally required to provide additional notices, opt-out mechanisms, or disclosures, we will endeavor to provide them as required by applicable law.
Current California guidance confirms rights to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and freedom from discrimination for exercising those rights.
14. DO NOT TRACK AND GLOBAL PRIVACY CONTROL
Some browsers offer “Do Not Track” settings. Because there is not necessarily a universally applicable standard governing all Do Not Track signals, our Site may not respond to every such signal.
Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) is a browser-based privacy preference signal used to communicate certain opt-out preferences.
Where applicable law requires Generous Kingdom to recognize a qualifying GPC signal, we will endeavor to honor that signal as required.
California currently requires covered businesses that sell or share personal information to honor qualifying GPC signals as valid opt-out requests.
15. CHILDREN AND MINORS
Generous Kingdom's Site and general services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13 in circumstances prohibited by applicable law.
If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child in violation of applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete or otherwise appropriately address that information.
Certain programs, events, or experiences may impose a higher minimum age, including an adults-only requirement. Any such eligibility requirements may be established through separate program terms, registration materials, participation agreements, or other notices.
Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided personal information improperly may contact us at [email protected].
16. INTERNATIONAL USERS AND DATA TRANSFERS
Generous Kingdom is based in the United States.
If you access the Site or participate in Generous Kingdom offerings from outside the United States, your personal information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in the United States or other countries where Generous Kingdom or its service providers operate.
Privacy and data-protection laws in those jurisdictions may differ from the laws of your country of residence.
Where applicable law imposes specific requirements concerning international transfers or processing, Generous Kingdom will endeavor to address those requirements as applicable.
Nothing in this Privacy Policy should be interpreted as a representation that Generous Kingdom is subject to every international privacy regime merely because an individual outside the United States accesses the Site.
17. PERSONAL INFORMATION AND COACHING CONFIDENTIALITY
Generous Kingdom recognizes that trust is important to coaching and personal-development relationships.
Information voluntarily disclosed during coaching, program participation, or similar experiences may be treated with discretion consistent with our agreements, practices, and applicable law.
However, coaching confidentiality is not necessarily equivalent to legally privileged confidentiality applicable to certain licensed relationships, such as attorney-client or psychotherapist-patient privilege.
Information may be disclosed where authorized by the participant, reasonably necessary to administer services, required by law, necessary to protect legal rights, or otherwise permitted under this Privacy Policy and applicable agreements.
Specific coaching programs, events, or experiences may be governed by additional confidentiality terms contained in separate agreements.
18. HEALTH, WELLNESS, AND RELATED INFORMATION
Some Generous Kingdom offerings may involve voluntary discussions concerning wellness, embodiment, personal development, spiritual practice, or other matters that could relate to an individual's physical or emotional wellbeing.
Unless expressly stated otherwise through a separate applicable professional relationship, Generous Kingdom is not acting as a healthcare provider or covered healthcare entity merely because such information is discussed or provided.
Information provided to Generous Kingdom should not automatically be assumed to constitute a medical record or to receive protections applicable to information maintained by a physician, hospital, therapist, or other regulated healthcare provider.
Nevertheless, Generous Kingdom recognizes the sensitive nature of such information and endeavors to handle it responsibly and with safeguards appropriate to its nature.
FTC guidance emphasizes taking a broad view of consumer health information and understanding how such data is collected, used, retained, secured, and disclosed.

Our services or business practices;

Other operational considerations.
When this Policy is updated, the “Last Updated” date will be revised.

Your continued interaction with Generous Kingdom following an update is subject to the version of this Privacy Policy then in effect, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
