Other aspects of human growth and experience.
Such content is intended to invite consideration, reflection, experimentation, and personal discernment.
It should not automatically be interpreted as individualized professional advice merely because a particular subject is discussed.
2. COACHING IS NOT THERAPY OR MEDICAL TREATMENT
Generous Kingdom coaching is not psychotherapy, psychological treatment, psychiatric treatment, medical treatment, or another form of licensed healthcare unless expressly stated otherwise through a separate relationship with an appropriately licensed provider.
Coaching may involve discussion of:
Emotions;
Relationships;
Personal history;
Beliefs;
Habits;
Behavioral patterns;
Identity;
Purpose;
Difficult experiences;
Stress;
Wellness;
Spiritual experiences; or
Other deeply personal matters.
The fact that these topics arise during coaching does not transform coaching into psychotherapy, diagnosis, or medical treatment.
Generous Kingdom does not diagnose or treat mental-health disorders, medical conditions, or diseases through ordinary coaching Services.
If you need mental-health treatment, medical care, diagnosis, medication guidance, crisis intervention, or other licensed healthcare, you should consult an appropriately qualified professional.
3. NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR EMERGENCY OR CRISIS CARE
Generous Kingdom and its ordinary coaching Services are not emergency medical, psychiatric, or crisis-response services.
If you believe that you or another person may be experiencing a medical emergency, psychiatric emergency, imminent danger, or other urgent crisis, contact appropriate emergency services or qualified crisis resources in your jurisdiction.
Do not delay appropriate professional or emergency assistance because of information obtained through Generous Kingdom.
4. NO LEGAL ADVICE
Generous Kingdom does not provide legal advice or legal representation unless expressly stated otherwise through a separate relationship with a properly licensed attorney.
Discussions involving contracts, businesses, relationships, disputes, personal decisions, organizational matters, or similar subjects are not substitutes for advice from qualified legal counsel.
You are responsible for consulting an attorney regarding circumstances requiring legal advice.
5. NO FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, TAX, OR ACCOUNTING ADVICE
Generous Kingdom may discuss business, wealth, entrepreneurship, money, abundance, financial habits, goals, strategy, or personal relationships with money.
Such discussions are provided for educational or coaching purposes unless expressly stated otherwise.
Generous Kingdom does not provide individualized investment advice, securities recommendations, tax advice, accounting services, or regulated financial-planning services merely because financial subjects are discussed.
You remain responsible for your own financial decisions and should consult appropriately qualified financial, tax, accounting, or investment professionals when necessary.
6. BUSINESS AND ENTREPRENEURIAL INFORMATION
Generous Kingdom may provide coaching or educational material concerning:
Business development;
Entrepreneurship;
Marketing;
Sales;
Leadership;
Positioning;
Offers;
Revenue;
Pricing;
Client relationships;
Productivity;
Strategy; or
Other business matters.
Business outcomes are inherently uncertain.
Generous Kingdom does not guarantee that any strategy, recommendation, coaching process, or educational material will generate a particular amount of revenue, profit, customers, growth, or business success.
Market conditions, implementation, experience, resources, decision-making, competition, timing, and numerous other factors may affect results.
You remain responsible for your business decisions and their consequences.
7. HEALTH AND WELLNESS INFORMATION
Generous Kingdom may discuss subjects related to physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual wellness.
Unless expressly provided by an appropriately licensed professional acting within the scope of that professional relationship, such information is not intended as medical diagnosis, treatment, prescription, or healthcare advice.
You should consult appropriate healthcare professionals before making significant changes involving medication, medical treatment, diet, exercise, physical activity, or other health-related matters when professional guidance is appropriate.
Never disregard or delay professional medical advice solely because of something communicated through Generous Kingdom.
8. SPIRITUAL, RELIGIOUS, AND PHILOSOPHICAL TEACHINGS
Generous Kingdom may draw upon or discuss spiritual, philosophical, religious, contemplative, mythological, cultural, historical, or traditional teachings.
These may include perspectives associated with Buddhism, Tantra, meditation, contemplative traditions, mythology, nature-based spirituality, philosophical systems, wisdom traditions, or other bodies of thought.
Such material may be interpreted differently by different traditions, teachers, scholars, practitioners, communities, or individuals.
Generous Kingdom does not represent that every spiritual interpretation presented is the sole, definitive, universally accepted, historically uncontested, or doctrinally authoritative interpretation of a tradition.
Participants are encouraged to exercise discernment and undertake their own study where questions of lineage, doctrine, history, theology, culture, or religious authority are important to them.
9. SPIRITUAL EXPERIENCE IS SUBJECTIVE
Spiritual and contemplative practices can produce widely varying experiences.
Generous Kingdom makes no representation that meditation, spiritual practice, ritual, contemplation, embodiment, Tantra-related practice, or other personal-development methods will produce:
Enlightenment;
Awakening;
Mystical experiences;
Emotional healing;
Trauma resolution;
Spiritual attainment;
Extraordinary states of consciousness;
Permanent happiness;
Relationship transformation; or
Any other guaranteed spiritual or psychological outcome.
Descriptions of spiritual or personal experiences should be understood as descriptions, interpretations, metaphors, traditions, or individual experiences rather than objective guarantees of what another participant will experience.
10. TANTRA AND EMBODIMENT-RELATED CONTENT
Generous Kingdom may offer educational or experiential material relating to Tantra, embodiment, intimacy, conscious relating, mindfulness, energy practices, movement, or related traditions and practices.
Such material may involve discussion of subjects that some individuals consider intimate, sexual, emotional, spiritual, or personally sensitive.
The presence of Tantra-related or intimacy-related subject matter does not imply that every Generous Kingdom offering involves sexual activity, nudity, touch, or intimate physical interaction.
Where a specific offering involves experiential activities requiring additional consent, physical participation, touch, movement, interpersonal exercises, or heightened personal vulnerability, additional participation agreements, informed-consent procedures, safety standards, or disclosures may apply.
Those offering-specific requirements govern the particular experience.
11. CONSENT, TOUCH, AND PERSONAL BOUNDARIES
No general statement on the Site should be interpreted as consent to physical touch, sexual interaction, intimate conduct, or participation in a particular experiential practice.
Consent must be appropriate to the specific circumstances.
Participants retain responsibility for communicating their boundaries and respecting the communicated boundaries of others.
Where Generous Kingdom offers activities involving touch or interpersonal practices, specific consent procedures may be established for that activity.
Consent to one activity does not automatically constitute consent to another activity.
Consent may be limited, conditional, or withdrawn according to the circumstances and applicable participation rules.
Participation in a Generous Kingdom offering never authorizes a participant to disregard another person's autonomy or boundaries.
12. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
Generous Kingdom may provide ideas, observations, questions, reflections, coaching, exercises, practices, perspectives, or recommendations.
You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to apply them.
You are solely responsible for your:
Decisions;
Choices;
Actions;
Relationships;
Business decisions;
Financial decisions;
Health decisions;
Spiritual practices;
Lifestyle changes;
Personal boundaries;
Conduct; and
Consequences arising from those decisions.
A coach, facilitator, teacher, or representative of Generous Kingdom may challenge your thinking or invite you to consider a course of action.
The final decision remains yours.
Participation in Generous Kingdom does not transfer personal agency or responsibility to Generous Kingdom or its representatives.
13. PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT MAY INVOLVE DISCOMFORT
Coaching and personal-development work may involve examining beliefs, behaviors, habits, relationships, personal history, choices, fears, identities, expectations, or patterns that can be emotionally challenging.
Participants may experience temporary discomfort, frustration, resistance, uncertainty, sadness, anger, vulnerability, or other emotional responses while engaging in reflective or experiential work.
Such reactions do not necessarily indicate harm or benefit.
Generous Kingdom does not guarantee that every exercise, teaching, coaching interaction, or practice will be appropriate or beneficial for every person.
Participants are encouraged to communicate concerns and obtain appropriate professional support when necessary.
14. INDIVIDUAL SUITABILITY
Not every Generous Kingdom program, exercise, practice, event, or teaching is appropriate for every person.
Individuals differ in their:
Physical health;
Psychological history;
Emotional state;
Personal circumstances;
Relationships;
Beliefs;
Experience;
Resources;
Goals; and
Personal readiness.
You are responsible for evaluating whether participation is suitable for you.
Generous Kingdom may establish eligibility requirements, request relevant information, recommend professional clearance, or decline participation where reasonably appropriate for a particular offering.
15. NO GUARANTEE OF PERSONAL TRANSFORMATION
Generous Kingdom cannot guarantee that participation will result in:
Greater happiness;
Increased confidence;
Improved relationships;
Finding a romantic partner;
Discovering a life purpose;
Increased income;
Business success;
Improved physical health;
Improved mental or emotional wellbeing;
Spiritual development;
Increased self-awareness;
Lasting behavioral change; or
Any other specific result.
Transformation depends upon numerous factors, many of which are outside Generous Kingdom's control.
The possibility of meaningful change should not be interpreted as a promise that a particular participant will obtain a particular outcome.
16. TESTIMONIALS, STORIES, AND SUCCESS EXAMPLES
Generous Kingdom may publish testimonials, reviews, participant stories, case examples, or descriptions of individual experiences.
These examples are intended to illustrate particular experiences and are not guarantees that another participant will obtain the same or similar results.
Importantly, a disclaimer such as “results may vary” does not permit a business to make otherwise misleading claims through testimonials. FTC guidance states that endorsements must be truthful and not misleading, and advertisers cannot use testimonials to communicate claims they could not substantiate directly.
Generous Kingdom therefore intends to use testimonials in a manner that accurately reflects the participant's experience and does not knowingly create false or misleading representations concerning expected results.
17. HEALTH OR WELLNESS CLAIMS
Generous Kingdom does not intend educational, spiritual, coaching, or wellness language to constitute unsupported claims that a product, practice, program, or Service diagnoses, treats, cures, prevents, or mitigates disease or medical conditions.
Where Generous Kingdom makes an objective health-related claim in advertising or marketing, that claim remains subject to applicable truth-in-advertising standards.
The FTC advises marketers that health-related advertising claims must be truthful, non-misleading, and supported by appropriate evidence.
No disclaimer should be interpreted as converting an otherwise unsupported medical or health claim into a lawful one.
18. INCOME AND FINANCIAL RESULTS
Any references to financial improvement, income, revenue, wealth creation, business growth, or similar outcomes are not guarantees of earnings.
Examples of business or financial results, where used, reflect particular circumstances and may not represent typical outcomes.
You should not purchase a Generous Kingdom Service on the assumption that participation guarantees that the Service will pay for itself, generate a particular return, create a specific amount of revenue, or otherwise produce a guaranteed financial benefit.
19. THIRD-PARTY TEACHERS, TRADITIONS, PRODUCTS, AND RESOURCES
Generous Kingdom may mention or reference third-party:
Teachers;
Authors;
Books;
Traditions;
Organizations;
Practitioners;
Businesses;
Products;
Websites;
Research;
Philosophies;
Practices; or
Resources.
A reference does not automatically constitute endorsement, partnership, sponsorship, certification, or approval.
Generous Kingdom does not control independent third parties and cannot guarantee the accuracy, safety, legality, suitability, or continued availability of their information or services.
You are responsible for independently evaluating third-party resources.
20. INFORMATION ACCURACY AND EVOLVING KNOWLEDGE
Generous Kingdom endeavors to provide thoughtful and useful information.
However, information may:
Become outdated;
Contain errors;
Reflect interpretation or opinion;
Be incomplete;
Be based upon evolving knowledge;
Vary among experts or traditions; or
Require adaptation to individual circumstances.
Generous Kingdom does not guarantee that every statement, teaching, article, video, workshop, program, or resource is exhaustive or permanently current.
Where accuracy is particularly important to a consequential decision, you should independently verify relevant information.
21. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND TECHNOLOGY
Generous Kingdom may use modern technologies, including artificial-intelligence-assisted tools, in portions of its business, research, drafting, creative development, administration, or content-production processes.
AI-assisted material may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or inaccurate interpretations.
Where AI tools contribute to material, Generous Kingdom remains responsible for how it chooses to use and present that material, though no technological tool should be treated as infallible.
Users should exercise appropriate judgment when relying upon information that could materially affect health, legal, financial, business, or other consequential decisions.
22. EXTERNAL LINKS
The Site or Generous Kingdom materials may contain links to third-party websites or resources.
Those links are provided for convenience, reference, education, or further exploration.
Generous Kingdom does not control independent third-party websites and is not responsible for their:
Content;
Accuracy;
Privacy practices;
Security;
Products;
Services;
Availability; or
Conduct.
Access to third-party resources is undertaken at your discretion.
23. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
You acknowledge that participation in coaching, personal-development, spiritual, wellness, embodiment, event, or experiential activities may involve risks, including emotional discomfort, physical exertion, interpersonal challenges, or other risks appropriate to the specific activity.
By voluntarily participating, you accept the ordinary risks reasonably associated with the Service you choose to undertake, subject to applicable law and any offering-specific agreement.
Certain activities may require a separate liability waiver, health acknowledgment, informed-consent agreement, or participant release.
This general Disclaimer is not intended to replace those documents.
24. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Generous Kingdom, LLC and its owners, officers, managers, employees, contractors, facilitators, representatives, and agents will not be responsible for losses or damages arising solely from a user's unreasonable reliance upon general educational information or from decisions independently made by a participant based upon that information.
Additional limitations of liability are contained in the Generous Kingdom Terms and Conditions and may also appear in offering-specific agreements.
Nothing in this Disclaimer is intended to exclude, disclaim, or limit a liability or legal right that applicable law prohibits Generous Kingdom from excluding, disclaiming, or limiting.
25. SEPARATE AGREEMENTS MAY APPLY
Certain Generous Kingdom relationships and offerings may require additional agreements.
These may include:
Coaching contracts;
Program enrollment agreements;
Payment agreements;
Confidentiality provisions;
Event waivers;
Participant agreements;
Media releases;
Informed-consent agreements;
Health disclosures;
Community standards; or
Other offering-specific terms.
Those documents may contain additional rights, responsibilities, risks, limitations, and disclosures applicable to the particular Service.
If an offering-specific agreement directly conflicts with this general Disclaimer concerning that particular offering, the more specific agreement will ordinarily govern to the extent of the conflict.
26. PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
Information provided to Generous Kingdom is handled according to the Generous Kingdom Privacy Policy and any applicable offering-specific agreement.
Participants should understand that coaching confidentiality is not necessarily equivalent to legally privileged confidentiality associated with certain licensed professional relationships.
Group programs also involve inherent confidentiality limitations because other participants may hear or receive personal information.
Additional confidentiality terms may apply to particular coaching or group programs.
27. YOUR USE OF THE SITE
Your use of the Site and Generous Kingdom Services is also subject to the Generous Kingdom Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
This Disclaimer should be read together with those documents.
28. CHANGES TO THIS DISCLAIMER
Generous Kingdom may modify this Disclaimer as its Services, business practices, technologies, or legal obligations evolve.
The “Last Updated” date will identify the most recent revision.
Changes will generally apply prospectively unless applicable law or an existing agreement requires otherwise.
Where legally appropriate, material changes may be communicated through the Site or another reasonable method.
